    Staff was extremely great and really kind, I didn't want to leave!

    The breakfast offered was very tasty and marvellous with all well presented, many choises of fresh food, options for everyone including cooked to order eggs & omelets. The rooms were stunning and fantastic, had down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows...

    The room's air conditioning didn't work properly, making it uncomfortably warm.

    The Hotel Palace was luxury plus, breakfast was fantastic, turn down service and absolutely spotlessly clean.

    The only problem was having to pay extra for the internet service which was quite expensive.

    Very nice hotel, just opposite Zoo entrance and direct and the Christmas market by Gedaechtnis Kirche, Kurfuerstendamm. Karstadt, KaDeWe and lots of good shopping places. Bus 100 stops just outside the hotel, and the Europa shopping center is a part of the building complex as well. Best location in Berlin!! Roms are excellent, very clean and breakfast fantastic. Champagne in the morning make your day! Serice in the reception above what you can expect. We will definitely stay here again and reccommend it to all friends.

    Only minus is that this 5 star hotel does not have free access to wireless internet. In 2010 this should be the case for all hotels!
